Commercial exterior cleaning · North Texas
Drone cleaning for hard-to-reach buildings.
FC Wash cleans commercial glass and facades with drone technology, supported by conventional crews where the building needs them.
What we clean
One crew for the full exterior.
We lead with drone cleaning on suitable elevations, then use the right ground-based method for entries, details and surrounding surfaces.

Property & facility managers
One building or a whole portfolio.
Exterior appearance, maintenance and access planning, with one point of contact who coordinates around occupants and operations.

For contractorsHow it works
A clear plan before the work starts.
Step 01
Assess
We review the address, elevations, surfaces, access points and site constraints — remotely first, on site when needed.
Step 02
Propose
You get a written scope: which elevations, which method for each surface, and what the site needs to provide.
Step 03
Schedule
We set dates around occupants, business hours, weather and any airspace or access coordination.
Step 04
Clean
Drone and conventional crews work the agreed scope, with one point of contact on site.
Step 05
Walkthrough
We review the finished elevations with you and note anything that needs follow-up.

Common questions
Straight answers.
What kinds of buildings is drone cleaning suited to?+
Multi-story buildings where conventional access is slow, expensive or disruptive: office buildings, mid-rise multifamily, hotels, healthcare, retail centers and campus buildings. Every site is confirmed during the assessment.
Does drone cleaning replace conventional crews?+
Not entirely. The drone handles suitable elevations at height, and conventional window, soft and pressure washing complete the agreed scope — entries, detail areas and anything the drone shouldn't do.
Is drone cleaning always cheaper?+
Not always. It often reduces lift rental, staging and time at height, but cost depends on the building, surfaces and site. The assessment tells you which method makes sense.
Do you work as a subcontractor?+
Yes. We're available to take on suitable exterior-cleaning scopes for window-cleaning, pressure-washing, restoration, envelope and general contractors.
Where do you work?+
North Texas.
